Hallucinations

By Ari Bussel

Israel is sick, wandering between moments of lucidity and hallucinations. The body was attacked by a rare form of virus, a Palestinian Virus (“PV”).

Sixty-four year old, as if its rebirth was just yesterday, Israel still feels young, strong and able to endure and withstand whatever comes about, resist whatever attacks it may suffer.

Elusive Peace

By Ari Bussel

“Brothers, half of the Palestinians are Egyptians and the other half are Saudis. Who are the Palestinians? We have many families called Al-Masri (“Egyptian”), whose roots are Egyptian. Egyptian! They come from Alexandria, from Cairo, from Dumietta, from the North, from Aswan, from Upper Egypt. We are Egyptians. We are Arabs. We are Muslims. We are part of you.” Fathi Hamad, Hamas Interior Minister, March 23, 2012 on Egyptian TV (by Memri)

To deceive well-meaning Jews, liberals and other innocent people who think that “peace” is better than “war,” the slogan used by the Left is “pro-Peace,” one with a capital “P.”

Good Friday Still Bad News for the Jews

By Norma Zager

“The Holy Scriptures cannot be used to justify the return of Jews to Israel and the displacement of the Palestinians, to justify the occupation by Israel of Palestinian lands.” Monsignor Cyril Salim Bustros, Greek Melkite Archbishop of Our Lady of the Annunciation in Boston, speaking at a Vatican Press Conference in 2010

A reminder of anti-Semitism is never good for the Jewish people, or all people for that matter.

Good Friday, the day that commemorates the crucifixion of Christ, is a paradox in that it was the day a Jewish man was killed, and it is the day that has been used by some to promote hatred toward his people.

I am a Giant Failure

By Norma Zager

“The world will not be destroyed by those who do evil, but by those who watch them without doing anything…” Albert Einstein

If nothing else, a column is a self-serving homage to man’s need to vent, cry and beat his chest not in private, but for the entire world to witness.

In that spirit I confess my wrongdoings and dissatisfaction in the most frantic and self-absorbed terms.
